As Chief Technical Officer of private and publicly listed Australian companies, Steve has designed comprehensive communications architecture for fixed and wireless networks domestically and internationally.
His personal approach to complex licensing issues spearheaded Microsoft’s platform solutions, and his technical architecture and efficient operations framework solution saved millions in operating costs per year for the Formula One wind tunnel.
He is an entrepreneur who identifies opportunities within the critical technology sector and employees Veterans and First Responders.
Steve works as a Chief Technical Advisor on the Australian Navy’s premier Robotics and Autonomous Systems Artificial Intelligence Operational Experiment Series – Autonomous Warrior (2021 & 2020).
He has negotiated a range of commercial acquisitions and real estate.

Andrew Kirby is an experienced leader, strategic planner and analyst for both business and Defence. With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, Defence and national security, Andrew has a proven record of providing highly valued analysis and advice that enables senior decision-makers to understand and solve complex problems. Specialising in strategic policy development, futures analysis and capability planning, Andrew’s grasp of strategic issues, judgment and communication skills have earned him a reputation for loyalty and results.
Andrew has a vast array of experiences ranging from managing diverse teams, collaborating with Industry and Academia and advising Senior Policymakers, to working with community organisations in developing nations (ensuring free and democratic elections, addressing poverty, food security, education, health and the empowerment of women) to fighting Islamic Terrorism on Middle Eastern operations.
Andrew founded Strategise Australia, a leading consultancy in strategic level plans and planning; is a founding partner of the Veterans Industry Partnership, and established Defence Industry Sunshine Coast to foster regional innovation and opportunities.
Andrew is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast and is regularly invited to address audiences around the world. Andrew has lectured and presented keynote speeches in Pakistan, PNG, Singapore, Indonesia and across Australia. He has hosted the likes of David Kilcullen, General Stan McChrystal, and General Jim Mattis and has been the Master of Ceremonies for Defence White Paper Forums and First Principles Review expert panels.

Having travelled to over three dozen countries by the age of 21, her love of culture and the social sciences inspired studies in International Relations, Japanese and International Development.
An exhibited artist (painter and photographer) NataleeJewel is equipped with a keen eye for composition, perspective and a great appreciation for the psychology of aesthetics. Her love of practical design has also been applied in corporate and residential built environments underpinning her success as a Property Developer.
Recognising a gap in the market, NataleeJewel established her own business, which rapidly evolved from online real estate photography into developing websites, online communities and new media campaigns for a range of SMEs, including Indigenous groups, NFPs, international business leaders and Defence.
When a multi-national advertising company offered her the opportunity to establish their inaugural Social Media division, NataleeJewel couldn’t resist the opportunity to apply her knowledge of digital strategy and her award-winning commitment to customer service for global, house-hold-name brands as well as a wide variety of Australian and New Zealand Government agencies (with a focus on recruitment).
Recognised as a digital thought-leader, NataleeJewel was frequently a keynote speaker and member of expert-panel discussions sharing her unique approaches with audiences across Australiasia and live-streamed global events.
Her appointment as Media Director of the Embassy of the United States of America brought her career full circle, where she was responsible for both the Canberra Mission’s traditional and new media. Introducing innovative digital systems NataleeJewel took communication processes to a new level bringing a fresh dimension to local and international outreach programmes.
Among her many accomplishments, her work as the U.S Embassy’s Media Liaison for the Ambassador’s Innovation Roundtable with Australian entrepreneurs won a coveted Gold Award from the U.S. Department of State’s Asia Pacific Regional Office.
Now a mum of three young children, NataleeJewel is devoted to the full-time care of her family while continuing to project manage a diverse property portfolio; train/consult on digital campaigns for select clients; and lead the Communications team for Strategise Australia, Veterans Industry Partnership and a new tech start-up ***COMING SOON!
